RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPENSES INVOLVED FOR THE SPONSOR

|
|
The host family should arrange for help, at least five people, for setting up the Mandir and for putting things away after the Jagran. To set up the Mandir, contact Mr Sharma at (617)731-3650 at least three days in advance for timing.
The host family should arrange for miscellaneous items like thumb pins, safety pins, tape and nails etc.
Refreshments are to be served by the host family at their discretion up to 8:15 pm. Please do not serve soft drinks. It is requested that no food or water be served during the Jagran.
It is the host family's responsibility to clean up the kitchen, the bathrooms and the hall. This includes disposal of the garbage. Cleaning service is available & provided by Satsang Center at the cost of $100.
Any damage to the SATSANG CENTER and its property will be the responsibility of the host family.
The host family must collect all the ARTI money and out of that money send a check of $250 to Satsang Center as a Donation/Hall Rent. Balance should be deposited in the following account at the SOVEREIGN BANK in any one of its branches:

The expense for Sound System & Dholki is $300. The expense for the second Dholki/Mridangam is $200. Checks should be given to the musicians before the Jagran begins. All microphones are provided courtesy of Mr and Mrs Inder & Usha Kamal.
In case you need to cancel Jagran please let us know two months in advance.
